Greg Sidlofsky certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation

Greg graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998, and is a partner with the firm.

Greg's practice is restricted to civil and estate litigation matters. He appears regularly in the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario as well as before various tribunals in Ontario. Greg has also represented clients in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Since his call to the Bar of Ontario, Greg has represented clients in numerous trials, motions and applications involving various issues including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, civil fraud, construction liens, defamation, estoppel, injunctions, oppression, passing of accounts, will interpretation and many other general civil and estate litigation matters.

Greg is an avid skier, tennis player and squash player.
