Kramer Henderson Sidlofsky LLP is a boutique commercial litigation firm. We typically offer one articling position. Our articling student enjoys facilities and financial rewards which are on par with or exceed other comparable downtown firms, and a litigation experience which is likely second to none.

The kind of work we do and the way we do it ensures a superior articling experience. Our practice includes both trial and appellate advocacy, and we are regularly retained on interesting, complex matters. Our informal but highly professional approach to advocacy means that students are given more responsibility at an earlier stage than they might be given at other firms. And, given the focused nature of our practice, our articling program provides intense exposure to the litigation process.

We believe that Kramer Henderson Sidlofsky LLP is an outstanding place to practice, and to learn to practice. Although our primary objective is to provide professional, competent service to our clients, the emphasis in our offices is on informality. It is not unusual to find nary a suit in our offices on any particular day, or to find a partner wearing shorts to the office in the middle of the summer.
